Exhibitor Visa

The Exhibitor Visa is for foreign nationals who are participating in exhibitions, trade shows, or conventions in Indonesia. The visa is typically valid for the duration of the event and is a single-entry visa. If you leave Indonesia during the event, the visa will no longer be valid, and you will need to apply for a new visa to re-enter.

Passport valid for at least 6 months.
Proof of having living expenses worth USD 2000 or equivalent.
A recent color photograph.
Proof of guarantee from the guarantor
Invitation from government agencies or private institutions (company etc.) as the host of the MICE or Trade Fair.

Conducting activities related to tourism, and visiting friends or family.

Cannot (✘)

Prohibited from selling goods or services, unless necessary as part of the MICE or Trade Fair in which you are participating.
Prohibited from receiving rewards, wages, or any similar from individuals or corporations in Indonesia.
