After-Sales Service Visa

This visa is for foreign nationals who are employed by a company outside Indonesia and are providing after-sales services, repairs, or technical support for equipment or machinery. The visa is valid for the duration of the service contract, typically up to 60 days, and can be extended if needed. The visa is valid for a single entry, and re-entry requires a new visa application.

Documents Requirement

Passport that is valid for at least 6 (six) months (for holders of travel documents other than passports such as emergency passports, documents of identity, etc. must be valid for 12 months).
Personal bank statement with minimum amount USD $2000 or equivalent the last 3 months period (including name, date of period, and balance account).
A recent color photograph.
Proof of guarantee from the guarantor
Proof that explains the after-sales service of the product.
