In this case, a document named Expatriate Placement Plan, or Rencana Penempatan Tenaga Kerja Asing (RPTKA), needs to be provided to support the reasoning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">How does a company get RPTKA? The sponsor\/employer will need to obtain the document from the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">IMTA<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In addition to RPTKA, a sponsor\/employer also needs to apply for the foreign worker\u2019s Indonesia work permit, called IMTA (Ijin Mempekerjakan Tenaga Kerja Asing).
