International Travellers’ Arrival Regulations upon Entering Indonesia
In accordance to travel quarantine regulation issued by the Indonesian Government to prevent the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the quarantine procedure and requirements for all international travellers arriving to Indonesia must comply the following steps to enter Indonesia:
1. Fill-in the Personal Data and Flight Information through Hore V2 Application
Travellers must fill in complete personal data along with flight data through the HORE V2 (Hotel Reservation Version 2) application at the international arrival area.
Travellers can also go to the kiosk machine that has been provided to fill in this data. In the HORE application, the complete flight plan and number of international Travellers, as well as Covid-19 quarantine procedures, include the number of available quarantine rooms.
2. Health Documents Check by KKP Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia
This second check point is carried out by the Ministry of Health’s Port Health Office (KKP). In this session, the quarantine location will also be determined, whether at Wisma Atlet Pademangan or at a hotel location that has been determined by the Ministry of Health or booked by the travellers based on this list prior to arrival.
3. Data collection for all Travellers regarding the Quarantine Location
4. Immigration Clearance at Immigration Check Point
Travellers will undergo a complete immigration process prior leaving the Immigration area.
5. Baggage Claim
Only after the immigration process has been completed, Travellers can collect their baggage in the designated baggage claim area.
6. Customs Clearance
Travellers must present their custom declaration form to the custom officer and will undergo last screening process before allowed to leave the airport.
7. Accommodation Registration at the Designated Hotel Helpdesk
Travellers will be asked to register at the hotel helpdesk for the quarantine process. In this process, Travellers must pass through a predetermined path, which is given a strict barrier.
8. Data collection by Airport Police Officers
Upon leaving the airport, the Airport Police Officers are mandate to perform data collection of self-identity and quarantine locations for all travellers.
9. Travellers are Picked Up by Bus to go to Quarantine Location
Travellers will go to the quarantine location by using a pick-up bus. The quarantine process is mandatory process for all international travellers. This process is an effort by the government to ensure all travellers are healthy without COVID-19 prior to meeting and travelling to all parts of Indonesia.
